1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and documentation.

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Opened or used products that are not defective.
Customized or special-order items (unless defective).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@knowebsolutions.com with your order number and a clear description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
Our support team will respond within 2 days to guide you through the process.
If approved, we will provide a return address. You must ship the product back at your own cost (unless the product was defective or wrong).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
If the item is not eligible, we will contact you with further options.

4. Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or incorrect items instead of refunds if preferred. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or card account again.
Contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
